David Linnell MA FRICS MEWI is the principal of the practice.

David’s personal history is that he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1975 and was elected to fellowship in 1988. He has worked in local government, private practice and commerce. He thus has the benefit of a wide range of experience and client operating strategies. He advises clients on properties throughout the United Kingdom.

David’s strengths are meeting his client’s needs, an analytical professional approach, practical experience, adaptability and problem solving. They are applied to all new projects and developments.

David is dedicated to serving the best interest of his clients. This has involved minimising property occupation costs, maximising returns on property disposals, initiating and completing developments and giving strategic advice. He has dealt with acquisitions, rent reviews, lease renewals, disposals, sub lettings and property management issues. He has also handled the property element of confidential sales and acquisitions of businesses.

The range of instructions and wide variety of work is demonstrated by the examples which can be seen on this website. The range of work demonstrates David’s versatility and adaptability. The results demonstrate his achievement of the best results and the safeguarding of his client’s interests.

David’s experience and professional approach as a chartered surveyor have been recognised. He has been appointed to the RICS panel of Expert Witnesses and elected to membership of the Expert Witness Institute. David has also been appointed to the RICS Neighbour Disputes Service as a recognised Expert in advising on and resolving boundary disputes and other neighbourhood disputes
