CLIENT BRIEF

To provide valuation advice to the Executors on the price that should be required for an extension of the existing lease.

WORK UNDERTAKEN

 Inspection of the property, research into values and provision of valuation report and advice to the client.

RESULT

 Client agreed terms with a prospective purchaser and sold the property without the delay and additional cost of a reference to the Local Valuation Tribunal.
