 To secure the best rent at rent review possible for the unit by negotiation.

WORK UNDERTAKEN

 Inspection of the property and negotiation with landlord’s surveyor who was strongly pressing fo a significant increase. Settling at a compromise figure to achieve the minimum increase without risks of third party costs.

RESULT

 Secured the minimum rent increase available by negotiation to the client’s satisfaction.
