CLIENT BRIEF

To obtain change of planning use from A1 to D1 use.

WORK UNDERTAKEN

Preparation of the planning application for full planning consent, liaison with the planning officers, provision of additional information and particular supporting information to overcome initial resistance from the planning officers.

RESULT

Planning consent granted to enable client to move from poorly located outdated premises to a new well-positioned facility.
