CLIENT BRIEF

To negotiate a suitable price for the acquisition of an extended lease following an application made by the tenant. Subsequently when agreement could not be reached to prepare and submit a case to the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal.

WORK UNDERTAKEN

Investigation into historic and current evidence of transactions, preparation of a valuation and advice to client, proposal made and negotiations with the tenant. Preparation of a formal valuation, attendance at and giving evidence to the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal. Receiving the decision of the Tribunal.

RESULT

Price established for an extended lease by the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal at a level higher than offered at the Tribunal Hearing.
