CLIENT BRIEF

To negotiate a suitable price for the acquisition of an extended lease following an application made by the tenant.

WORK UNDERTAKEN

Investigation into historic and current evidence of transactions, preparation of a valuation and advice to client, proposal made and negotiations with the tenant. Agreement reached at a price acceptable to both parties. Progress chasing through to completion.

RESULT

Price agreed and an extended lease acquired avoiding the cost of a reference to the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal.
