CLIENT BRIEF

 To act as an Expert Witness on behalf of the landlord in a reference to an Independent Expert to determine the open market rental value.

WORK UNDERTAKEN

 Inspection of the property, preparation of Statement of Agreed Facts, preparation of Submissions and Counter Submissions together with Submissions in Respect of Costs.

RESULT

 The Independent Expert’s determination was in excess of the Calderbank Offer submitted on behalf of the client. The client’s rental income was maximised and the Independent Expert’s costs were paid by the tenant.
