CLIENT BRIEF

To deal with compulsory purchase issues arising from improvements to the North Circular Road.

WORK UNDERTAKEN

Negotiation of detailed means of access and egress from the site direct from the North Circular Road and obtaining these against original proposal with no access and construction works to the cost of £1m. Negotiation for the acquisition price for the land taken.

RESULT

Maximised the value of the site by obtaining direct access to and from the North Circular Road and obtaining the appropriate value for the land taken.
