 To prepare a schedule of condition to be attached to the lease in connection with limiting the client’s repairing responsibility

WORK UNDERTAKEN

 Inspection of the property preparation of a written and photographic schedule of condition, obtaining agreement from the landlord’s surveyor and producing copies for the solicitors and clients.

RESULT

 Specification agreed and attached to the lease to protect the tenant client’s position.
