CLIENT BRIEF

To organize and coordinate external repairs.

WORK UNDERTAKEN

Preparation of a specification, obtaining competitive quotations from builders, negotiation of competitive contracts, negotiating with roofing contractors for suitable guarantees, dealing with variations as they arose, supervision of the work in progress, issuing of periodic certificate for payments, liaison with occupiers’ representatives to ensure their satisfaction with the works, final inspection, snagging inspection and authorization of the release to the contractor of the balance of the monies held on satisfactory completion of the work.

RESULT

Work undertaken to a suitable standard in a cost effective manner to the satisfaction of the occupiers and landlord.
