CLIENT BRIEF

 To act as expert witness in a reference to an arbitrator to determine the rent at review.

WORK UNDERTAKEN

 Inspection of the property and comparables, consideration of the lease, preparing submissions and counter submissions and submissions in respect of costs.

RESULT

 Increase of circa £20,000 per annum above the Tenant’s offer achieved for landlord.
