CLIENT BRIEF

To negotiate suitable terms for a new lease for the company’s relocation.

WORK UNDERTAKEN

Identified the requirement and property where the potential for the necessary change of use was recognised, obtained instruction, undertook “off market” negotiations for the property to obtain a conditional contract to take a lease subject to planning consent and liaison through to completion.

RESULT

Occupier client secured suitable premises on agreed terms to meet its requirement to upgrade and improve its business offer in the locality.
